The Medical Laboratory Supervisor for Dana-Farber Community Cancer Care (DFCCC) in Lawrence is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the laboratory operations and personnel performing testing and reporting test results. The Laboratory Supervisor is also responsible for performing tests and reporting results to the providers for use in diagnosis, treatment and/or monitoring treatment of disease at least 50% of his/her time.
Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science or biology and 5-7 years experience in a clinical laboratory required; nationally recognized certification preferred (ASCP, NCA, HEW). Must be qualified as a Technical Supervisor (42 CFR 4931449) under CLIA regulation for High Complexity Testing..
