PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to the Assistant Vice President of Development Research. No direct reports, but will provide informal supervision and guidance of junior staff, including copyediting, training and mentoring as needed.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required with at least 4-6 years of experience in prospect research. 2 years project management experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Must be an excellent researcher, with superior organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Must be knowledgeable about prospect research tools, familiar with wealth screenings, and demonstrate understanding of the elements that define a good prospect. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently are also critical. Advanced data modeling or data mining experience is a plus.
Office in typical office setting. Some evening or weekend work may be required. Some use of personal vehicle for business purposes may be required.
