Under regular supervision and following established policies and procedures, locates, retrieves, scans and delivers medical records for patient care, release of medical information, research, audits, or administrative purposes. Updates chart locations via the computerized tracking system. Requests, receives, and scans medical records from off-site storage facility and DFCI clinics. Scans requested medical record documentation into electronic document management systems.
