High school graduate.
Strong mechanical background – must be a multi-licensed tradesmen (HVAC, Electrical and /or Plumbing), with 5 years minimum experience.
Wastewater operator ll level is required.
2nd class fireman required or 3rd class engineer license.
Required to have experience pertaining to all building utility system operations.
