The Division of Pediatric Oncology within the Department of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care, has a 5 hours a week job opening for an individual with a Masters of Science in Child Life.
Working within the Dana-Farber Children’s Hospital Cancer Care, the position will involve work as the Sibling Group Specialist.
The Sibling Specialist will work within an established program to provide group psychosocial support to siblings who have a brother or sister on treatment and collaborate with Patient Activities to coordinate Group times.
Mailing lists and invitations as well as organizing appropriate activities are also the responsability of the Sibling group leader.
Supervision by an LICSW is provided.
Evening hours are required for the group.
