This position is responsible for delivery of concrete resource services to patients and donors in need of pharmaceutical assistance. They will facilitate work processes for our satellite locations including identification of need, match of medication needs to appropriate assistance programs, education of patient on application completion, follow-up on outcome and communication to team regarding that outcome. There may be minimal travel involved to various satellite locations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or High School Diploma with Pharmacy Technician Certification required, major in healthcare-pharmacy services preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy related field preferred. Undergraduate experience may count towards work experience.
