The Performance Improvement Manager/Sr. Manager will guide and implement efforts to ensure that performance improvement (PI) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus which sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
The Manager/Senior Manager will report to the Director of Market Intelligence and Performance Improvement and will work closely with Institute leadership and staff working on performance improvement initiatives.
