  • Overview


    The Digital Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing reports and analysis that provide recommendations for optimizing digital marketing performance. This position is also responsible for management of our mobile marketing program, including text-to-give and mobile alerts.


    There is no supervisory responsibility for this position. This individual will work with a variety of individuals throughout the Institute, but the position is primarily self-governing.

    • Manage reporting and analysis of digital fundraising programs. Specifically:
      • Develop website reporting and analysis to support strategic recommendations for optimizations using Google Analytics
      • Create and manage reports utilizing Google Data Studio
      • Produce performance reports for various channels, including email, digital advertising, social media, and multi-channel marketing
      • Manage a portfolio of annual reports and ad hoc reporting projects
      • Support digital advertising by providing reports for campaign monitoring and optimizations
    • Monitor Google Analytics reports for outages and gaps in data collection and adopt new reporting tools and develop improved reporting guidelines and processes.
    • Manage UTM and conversion tracking to ensure marketing campaigns are tracking accurately.
    • Monitor and identify ways to optimize email deliverability, organic search rankings (SEO), and more.
    • Create and execute mobile marketing campaigns, including text-to-give and mobile alerts.
    • Manage special projects, as appropriate.



    Reports to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing. There is no supervisory responsibility for this position. This individual will work with a variety of individuals throughout the Institute, but the position is primarily self-governing.



    • 3+ years’ experience developing digital marketing reporting and meaningful analysis for websites, email, social media, mobile, and multi-channel campaigns.
    • Ideally, 1+ years’ experience developing and implementing mobile marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.


    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics for websites, email, digital advertising, social media, and mobile. Demonstrated ability to extract meaningful analysis from data.
    • Expertise in Google Analytics including goal tracking and Google Data Studio.
    • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a strong track record of accurate reporting while providing a high quality of service to internal clients.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to provide meaningful, action-oriented analysis via written reports and oral presentations.
    • Knowledge of Google UTM tracking and Google Tag Manager functionality.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, metrics, and strategies.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
    • Up-to-date with latest tools, trends and strategies for websites, digital advertising, email, and mobile marketing.
    • Familiarity with web and email production.






    Workstation in typical office setting. A quiet workspace will be provided. Works on deadline.
