    Responsibilities

    The Human Resources Department at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support. This individual work work very closely alongside other department administrative staff and he/she may provide support to multiple individuals. Duties may include the following:

     

    • Outlook calendar support.
    • Scheduling complex meetings.
    • Preparing documents and materials for various meetings.
    • P-Card reconciliation.
    • Weekly and monthly reporting.
    • Event and file management.
    • Other duties as required.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant administrative experience is preferred.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Knowledgeable of computer applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with peers, leadership and external contacts.
    • Must posses the ability to maintain confidentiality and pay attention to detail.
    • Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through. 
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced enviornment.
